A third man is facing charges in connection with a shooting earlier this year in Easton that left a 16-year-old girl seriously injured .

Antonio Fonseca, 19, of Brockton was arrested Friday on charges of assault and battery with a firearm, armed robbery, carrying a firearm without a license, and possession of a large capacity firearm, Easton police announced .

Anthony Lopes and Xavion Barnes, both of Brockton, were arrested earlier this year in connection with the Jan. 14 shooting.

Police responded to the Avalon Easton Apartments on Roberts Drive after a 911 call reporting a shooting. At the scene, they found a 16-year-old girl suffering from a gunshot wound to the head. She survived, but police said on Friday she is still recovering from “significant injuries.”
