MANITOWOC, Wis. (WFRV) - The Manitowoc Police Department is seeking public assistance in finding the operator of a sport bike that fled officers, leading them on a pursuit that was terminated.
The Manitowoc Police Department reported that officers tried to pull a white sport bike over around 4:17 p.m. on Monday due to speeding violations and illegible plates.
