(The Hill) – A piece of concrete reportedly fell from Dodger Stadium and hit a spectator over the weekend, prompting the installation of protective netting.

As reported by The Athletic, a chunk of concrete roughly the size of a softball fell onto a Yankees fan named Ricardo Aquino Friday night.

Aquino, a Mexico City resident, said he was struck in the back during the third inning of the Dodgers' 8-5 win over the Bronx Bombers.

Through a translator, Aquino told The Athletic that "he was in some pain, but that the concrete hadn’t caused bleeding."

After the incident, the Dodgers installed a small section of protective netting under the top deck of the stadium in Section 10 reserve, which is located between home plate and first base.
