The recurring theme in the testimonies has raised concerns about the support available for those seeking to escape violent relationships.

TriHealth offers a program called CARES, designed to assist both men and women in unsafe situations. The program begins in the emergency room, where special cameras, affectionately named "Flo," document evidence of violence.
