Rep. Gabe Evans (R-Colorado) joins LiveNOW's Andrew Craft to discuss the attack in Boulder, where 12 people were injured when hit with Molotov cocktails during an event advocating for the release of Israeli hostages in Gaza. The suspect, Mohamed Sabry Soliman, 45, was charged with 16 counts of attempted murder and federal hate crime. He was heard yelling "Free Palestine" as he threw the makeshift incendiary devices at the crowd. Authorities say Soliman is an Egyptian national who had overstayed his visa. He was previously banned from purchasing a gun in Colorado because of his immigration status. Rep. Evans said that should have flagged authorities, which he believes could have ultimately prevented the Sunday attack.
