SALT LAKE CITY — Police are looking for the driver who is suspected of hitting a pedestrian and driving away in May.
According to the Salt Lake City Police Department , on May 24 at 1:19 a.m., dispatch received calls of a pedestrian who was hit by a pickup truck near 50 N. 800 West. When officers arrived, the driver had left the scene.
SLCPD believes the truck involved in the accident was a new model GMC Sierra pickup truck without a license plate.
Police said the truck was last seen driving westbound on North Temple Street from the scene of the crash.
