The 2025 girls soccer season has concluded in Fayetteville and postseason awards are being announced.

Cape Fear conquered the United 8 Conference for the fifth consecutive season with a 14-2 league record, and secured the highest conference seed in the NCHSAA 3A East playoffs.

Pine Forest posted an area-best 17-2-2 record and won the All American Conference regular-season championship with a 13-0-1 record. The Trojans notched an area-high No. 6 seed in the playoffs, despite falling to Terry Sanford in the conference tournament championship game, and eventually bowed out in the opening round of the 4A East playoffs.
