With roughly one year to go before the United States (along with Mexico and Canada) hosts the 2026 FIFA World Cup, questions have emerged about the state of the U.S. Men’s Soccer Team. A poor performance in last summer’s Copa America tournament followed by a 4th place finish this past March in the CONCACAF Nations League has injected seeds of doubt over this group’s readiness to take on the world’s best in what will perhaps be the most important tournament in American soccer history.
