Two new cases of measles have been reported in Minnesota, according to KARE 11. One of the cases involved community exposure at the Mall of America. Minnesota Department of Health “investigators say a child was infectious while visiting the indoor theme park at the Mall of America on May 24. People who were at the mall between 5 p.m. and 9 p.m. that day may have been exposed to the virus and should monitor for symptoms from May 31 through June 14.”

The U.S. Department of Labor is cutting more than 100 Job Corps centers across the country, including the site in St. Paul, the Pioneer Press reports. “The U.S. Labor Secretary said Thursday that a ‘phased pause in operations’ is to take place by June 30, but the closures are rolling out in St. Paul and other locations virtually overnight.”
