GREENSBORO, N.C. — Greensboro police are investigating a shooting at the Circle K on Yanceyville Street Tuesday morning.
GPD Watch Operations said the call to the gas station came in around 7:22 a.m. as a "stab/shot" call at first.
Police have now updated to say someone was shot and the person has non-life threatening injuries.
WFMY News 2 crews at the scene saw a sign on the front door of the convenience store that said "temporarily closed for cleanup."
Our crews also saw officers going over to the apartments across the street.
The incident is not disrupting classes at nearby Page High School, the front office told WFMY News 2.
This is a developing story. Check back for updates.
