McALLEN, Texas (Border Report) -- The Department of Homeland Security on Monday announced it is revamping its Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) tip line following a weekend attack in Colorado.

Twelve people were injured in what the FBI is calling a "terrorist attack" on Sunday in Boulder, Colorado.

DHS says that the man arrested in connection with the attack, Mohamed Soliman, is illegally in the United States.

Soliman is accused of using a makeshift flame thrower at an outdoor mall to attack a group of people who had gathered in support of Israeli hostages in Gaza.

Following the attack, Homeland Security Secretary Kristi Noem announced Monday that additional personnel will be added to monitor the ICE tip line to collect information on gang members, sex offenders and violent cri
