June, Pride Month, was officially welcomed in West Hartford as the community gathered at Unity Green to raise the Pride Flag in a spirited display of unity and support for the LGBTQ+ community.

At 5:30 p.m. on June 2, with rainbow flags waving and chants of “Stand our Ground” reverberating above the intersection of Farmington Avenue and South Main Street, the ceremony kicked off a month of celebrations, advocacy, and pride.
