MARION COUNTY, Fla. (WCJB) - Marion County Public Schools (MCPS) leaders said a summer feeding program providing meals free to students will begin tomorrow, Wednesday, June 4.
For many students, the meals provided at school during the regular school year are the most nutritious meals they consume. Sometimes, those meals are the only meals those students eat.

MCPS leaders are once again offering free breakfast and lunch meals to all students 18 years and younger without any questions asked or paperwork required.
Students can simply show up at their closest serving location and enjoy the food provided by the district’s Summer Feeding Program.
