The 41-year-old NFL icon likely has to agree to a deal with the Steelers by a certain date, as Mike Tomlin 's squad looks for an answer at the quarterback position.

Rodgers has mulled over his future and has two options: retirement or play in his 21st season in the NFL.

If Rodgers does play in 2025, the future Hall of Famer would likely be a Steeler, a team he's expected to join.

However, the four-time NFL MVP still hasn't made a decision, and the Steelers have important dates coming up.
