The wife of a federal bankruptcy judge in Texas landed herself bars after she became enraged at a man playing bagpipes and assaulted the musician’s wife, according to authorities.

Eunice Isgur, 76, stands accused of assault with bodily injury, according to the Harris County Constable Precinct 5 . Deputies responded to a reported assault on May 26 at Terry Hershey Park in Houston. Isgur allegedly became enraged the man was playing bagpipes in a secluded area of the park. She confronted the man while recording on her phone and started yelling at him, per authorities.
