(CNN, KYMA/KECY) - The first report from the Trump Administration's "Make America Healthy Again" Commission, released last month, appeared to be rife with errors. This includes some studies that don't exist.

The report contained more than 500 references to studies, government reports, and news articles. It turns out some of these references were wrong or don't appear to exist.

In other cases, the researchers who conducted the studies cited in the report say their studies were misrepresented.

An updated version of the report was posted online Thursday with some changes to works cited and the text of the report.
