Ingredients:
1/2 cup sugar
1 package yeast
1 1/3 cups warm water
2 teaspoons salt
1/3 cup canola oil, or oil of your choosing
1 tablespoon vinegar (my secret ingredient)
4 eggs (scrambled and added one at a time)
4 1/2 to 5 cups bread flour
Nonstick spray
1 egg for the egg wash
Directions:
Put the sugar and yeast into a large mixing bowl.
Add the water into the mixture, stirring rapidly.
Let it rest for 10 minutes to allow the yeast to start bubbling.
Add the salt, stir. Add the vinegar, stir. Add the oil, stir. Add 1 cup of flour, stir. Add 1 egg, stir.
Continue adding a cup of flour then an egg until you have used up all the eggs and cups of sugar.
Once you have a nice dough, not sticky, turn onto your workspace and knead for 10 minutes until you have a
