RED BLUFF, Calif. - A man was sentenced to more than five years of formal probation and 360 days in Tehama County Jail in connection to a DUI rollover crash that seriously injured three passengers in the vehicle.
The Tehama County District Attorney's Office says that Luke Haile was handed down the following sentence in Tehama County Superior Court:
Five years of formal probation
Four years, four months in state prison (suspended)
360 days in Tehama County Jail
80 hours of community service
Alcohol monitoring
Restitution
Authorities say that Haile and three of his friends were out at Black Butte Lake fishing and drinking. According to the Tehama County District Attorney's Office, Haile and his friends got into a vehicle to head back towards town.
