Don Jr. GRILLED by CNBC Hosts About Trump Meme Coin: ‘As Bad as Hunter’s Art’

The hosts of CNBC’s grilled Donald Trump Jr. about the $TRUMP meme coin — which has been heavily criticized by ethics watchdogs who have concerns that bad actors can use the coin to purchase influence.

In the interview on Tuesday, Joe Kernen — who is often (but not always ) a purveyor of pro-Trump commentary — confronted President Donald Trump’s son about the coin, which according to one recent estimate has generated more than $320 million for the president and business entities connected to him.

“Is that OK — for your dad to have a meme coin?” Kernen asked bluntly.

Don Jr. noted that the coin was launched before Trump’s second term began, but overall defe
