Idrove up the I-5 last weekend on my biweekly visit to see my daughter Liz in the Bay Area. She’s smart and funny, and like her dad has a low tolerance for BS. Along the roads near Harris Ranch, I saw dozens of signs exhorting our governor to “stop dumping 83 percent of our water into the ocean” - a clear case of government waste.
