Calls to dispatch of a reckless driver unable to maintain safe lane travel in the Neola area ended in arrest for a repeat DUI offender. According to the Affidavit of Probable Cause, 39-year-old Shane Sandy Sangster was traveling in a Chevy truck and a responding officer located the vehicle as it sat perpendicular in the roadway for over 5 seconds as it was attempting to make a U-turn on SR-121. The officer then observed the vehicle unable to maintain its lane, crossing over the center line and fog line multiple times. A stop was initiated and the driver was identified as Shane Sangster.
