A man was arrested Sunday after trying to break in to the grounds of Windsor Castle, on which Prince William and Kate Middleton live with their young family.

The Thames Valley Police and Metropolitan Police — the latter of which is in charge of security for the royals — confirmed to the Daily News that a 30-something man “was arrested on suspicion of trespass on a protected site.”

Neither police department was able to answer whether the royals were home at the time of the attempted break-in.

The suspect, whose name has not been released, was also arrested for possession of Class A drugs , a categorization that includes cocaine, crack, heroin, meth, ecstasy and LSD. It’s unclear whether the man was under the influence when the incident occurred.
