A second Take 5 Oil Change store is expected to open in McKinney.

Construction on the store is slated for completion in October, according to a filing with the Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation.

The automotive maintenance company, which was founded in 1984 in Louisiana, offers stay-in-car oil changes, windshield wiper replacement and more, its website states .

Another location is a little over eight miles west of the planned store on University Drive.
