A parole check ended in arrest on May 29th in Tabiona. According to the Affidavit of Probable Cause, a variety of drug paraphernalia had been located in the bedroom of 67-year-old Jana Lee Westerman. There was also Marijuana and Psilocybin mushrooms. Westerman was transported to the Duchesne County Jail. A criminal history search discovered that Westerman was convicted of prior Felony drug charges less than 2 months ago in April. Due to the prior conviction, Westerman was charged with 3rd Degree Felony Possession of a Controlled Substance, as well as other drug charges. Her initial appearance in 8th District Court is scheduled on June 9th.
