Last week, rapper Kid Cudi took the stand in Bad Boy Entertainment CEO, Sean “Diddy” Combs’, human trafficking and RICO trial. He testified that his Porsche was fire-bombed after Diddy found out Cudi was dating his girlfriend, Cassie Ventura.

According to several sources, Combs’ legal team has moved to strike Cudi’s testimony.

“Scott Mescudi’s opinion that Mr. Combs was ‘lying’ about his Porsche was erroneously admitted and should be stricken from the record,” Combs’ lawyers reportedly state in a seven-page letter to the court obtained by DailyMail.com. “A witness generally cannot testify that in his opinion a declarant was lying when making a statement.”

Kid Cudi told the court he had no proof or knowledge that Diddy or any of his associates were at his home the day of the firebombing.
