DAUPHIN COUNTY, Pa. (WHTM) -- The former Bishop McDevitt High School will be heading to a Sheriff's Sale later this summer.

According to documents on Dauphin County's website, the former Bishop McDevitt High School is going to be heading to a Sheriff's Sale on Thursday, July 17 at 10 a.m.

The public sale will be held at the Dauphin County Administration Building, located at the corners of Second and Market Streets.

Per public Dauphin County court documents, a judge ordered the owners of the building, William Penn Holdings, Inc. and Jeremy Hunter, to pay S&F, LLC a judgment sum of $2.2 million, after failing to pay off two mortgage loans after a 60-day period that was agreed upon back in December 2024.
