WASHINGTON -- Now that his time in Washington is finished, billionaire Elon Musk is expressing his true feelings on a spending bill that passed last month in the House of Representatives.

"I’m sorry, but I just can’t stand it anymore. This massive, outrageous, pork-filled Congressional spending bill is a disgusting abomination,“ Musk wrote on the social media platform X. ”Shame on those who voted for it: you know you did wrong. You know it."

No House Democrats voted in favor of passing the bill. Musk’s criticism of the bill continued in another post.

“It will massively increase the already gigantic budget deficit to $2.5 trillion (!!!) and burden America(n) citizens with crushingly unsustainable debt,” Musk wrote.
