EVANSVILLE, Ind. (WEVV) — Police say they arrested a 19-year-old with 86 blue pills on him after he wrecked a stolen vehicle while fleeing in Evansville.

On Tuesday morning around 8:20 a.m., EPD officers say they spotted an SUV that was reported stolen out of Owensboro, Kentucky, turning onto Covert Avenue.

When police tried to stop the driver, they said they sped off.

Police say they found the vehicle wrecked at the eastbound exit to the Lloyd Expressway from northbound Green River Road.

According to EPD, the passenger, 21-year-old Kendra Logsdon of Owensboro, was taken into custody at the scene of the wreck and said that the driver, 19-year-old Terry McNeal of Evansville, had run off.
