T-Pain , whose name is synonymous with the digital vocal production process Auto-Tune, will play Hartford HealthCare Amphitheater in Bridgeport on Oct. 4.
It’s only the second date on T-Pain’s just-announced monthlong “TP20” fall tour, marking two decades since his debut album “Rappa Ternt Sanga.” There is a pre-tour concert at New York’s Radio City Music Hall in September.
While he has been touring for decades, T-Pain seems to have played Connecticut just three times before: Eight months ago at the Xfinity Theater in Hartford, six years ago in Storrs and in the spring of 2015 at the University of New Haven.
T-Pain’s many hits include “I’m Sprung,” “Buy U a Drank,” “Booty Wurk,” “5 O’Clock,” “Can’t Believe It” and “Best Love Song.” His most recent album is 2023’s “On Top of the Cover
