WICHITA, Kan. (KSNW) - Storms producing heavy rain have been moving through the Wichita area on Tuesday.

The National Weather Service says a flash flood warning is in effect for Sedgwick, Chase, Marion, Harvey, Lyon, Butler, Greenwood and Morris counties through 5 p.m., already 2 and 3 inches of rain have already fallen. Additional rainfall amounts of 1.5 to 2.5 inches are possible in the warned area.
