One of the things that's easy to forget four months later about the Ravens playoff loss to Buffalo is they did not have their most explosive wide receiver.
Zay Flowers was out with a knee injury. Now, though, he's back and healthy. The plan for Flowers in 2025 is quite simple.
"We have to get Zay the ball more," said Ravens offensive coordinator Todd Monken.
Despite his small stature, Flowers proves exceptional at big plays down the field and turning short passes into long gains.
"He's not only an outside receiver that has elite route-running skills, but he's unbelievable with the ball in his hands," Monken said. "So, you have a guy that fits two positions, really plays two spots… You can use him in a variety of roles to get him the ball."
