The season is over for the Gator baseball team after losing in a regional at Coastal Carolina. It was a long, grinding season, a season that saw the team play through a ton of injuries to their starters and their pitchers and through a 1 and 11 start to the SEC. Yet, they somehow got it together to make a nice run to the postseason. But the year also ended on a disappointing note when coach Kevin O’Sullivan and Florida athletic director Scott Stricklin had to issue an apology statement after Sully went off about conditions he felt were not right at the regional.
