ROCHESTER, Minn. — The Rochester Area Chamber of Commerce says more than 500 young entrepreneurs are ready for Lemonade Day this Saturday.
The participants have been busy learning the ins and outs of running their own lemonade stands. They've developed business plans, created budgets, and even crafted their own recipes.
For 2025, the program introduced Lemon U Workshop, presented by Altra Federal Credit Union, which focused on customer service and budgeting.
The Rochester community is encouraged to support these young entrepreneurs by visiting stands throughout Byron, Rochester, and Stewartville.
Organizers say Lemonade Day is a free, fun, experiential learning program that teaches local youth entrepreneurial and life skills as they learn how to start their very own business.
