ABINGTON, Pennsylvania (WPVI) -- A wrongful death lawsuit has been filed against Abington Township and the officers involved in a fatal shooting earlier this year.
Nineteen-year-old Wyleek Tinsley died after he was shot by police who responded to a domestic disturbance call at the Rosemore Gardens Apartments in the Glenside section of Abington on March 6.
Tinsley lived there at the apartment with his girlfriend.

According to the Montgomery County District Attorney's Office, officers heard a woman screaming and a gunshot inside. When they entered, they saw Tinsley holding an unknown object.
Investigators later discovered it was his cellphone, with his dad on the other line.
