The Pennsylvania Department of Transportation (PennDOT) has announced that night work is scheduled on Cameron Street and Interstate 83 in the Harrisburg area in Dauphin County.

Weather permitting, starting Sunday, June 8, trench restoration will be performed for water and sewer line work on Cameron Street between Sycamore Street and Paxton Street. There will be lane closures on Cameron Street from 6 p.m. to 6 a.m. the nights of Sunday through Thursday, June 12.

The following week, starting Sunday, June 15, night work will move to the I-83 mainline, where temporary paving will be performed in both directions of I-83 from the South Bridge to Paxton Street. There will be nightly lane restrictions from 9 p.m. to 6 a.m. Sunday through Thursday night for about three weeks.
