The Yankees started their homestand with a flurry of roster moves on Tuesday. The most notable saw closer Luke Weaver land on the 15-day injured list with a left hamstring strain.
That move is retroactive to June 1.
The Yankees also activated Jazz Chisholm Jr. (oblique strain) and Fernando Cruz (shoulder inflammation), recalled Yerry De los Santos from Triple-A, optioned Jorbit Vivas to Triple-A and designated Carlos Carrasco for assignment before their series-opener against the Guardians.
