The Indiana Pacers’ journey to the NBA Finals in Oklahoma City had an additional stop added to their itinerary.

Due to severe weather in Oklahoma City, the team plane was forced to circle the area before eventually diverting and landing in Tulsa to refuel, according to multiple reports. News 9 in Oklahoma City confirmed the report with a source at Will Rogers Airport. The charter flight left Tulsa shortly after refueling and continued their journey to Oklahoma City.

The Thunder host the Thunder in Game 1 of the NBA Finals on Thursday night at Paycom Center.
