An overturned tractor trailer has caused a traffic backup in the area of Interstate 265 and Interstate 64 in east Jefferson County June 3, according to TRIMARC .

All lanes on the ramp to northbound I-265 from westbound I-64 are blocked following the accident. The closure started around 5:57 p.m. and is expected to last about an hour, according to TRIMARC.

A MetroSafe supervisor said there have been injuries reported, though it was unclear how many individuals were involved and the severity of the injuries.
