EVANSVILLE, Ind. (WFIE) - We’re getting a first look at the Evansville Regional Airport’s new private terminal.
Officials tell us it has been a work in progress for three years.
EVV’s Fixed Based Operator used to be run under the name “Tri-State Aero”.
Now, they’re operating under the new name “United Companies Air Center”.
The new facility will welcome private jets and all general aviation aircraft.
The space has been expanded to include new pilot lounges, extra hanger space and board and conference rooms.
Officials say they believe the remodel and the expanded services will help the city put its best foot forward to attract and retain business.
