Evendale's police chief said in a new report that "without warning or advanced knowledge," his officers confronted "a dangerous and volatile situation" on Feb. 7.

On the other side of the bridge were furious residents who live in historically Black Lincoln Heights.
Syretha Brown is among those who think at least one officer acted improperly by escorting the white supremacists, who were in the back of a U-Haul, away from the scene.
The officer then tried to help one of the neo-Nazis retrieve his service dog from a car left in Lincoln Heights.
