RUTHERFORD COUNTY, Tenn. (WKRN) — The Tennessee Bureau of Investigation announced charges for an Assistant District Attorney accused of assaulting a woman multiple times.
On Tuesday, the TBI opened an investigation into allegations of domestic and aggravated domestic assault against an assistant district attorney in the 16th judicial district, which includes Rutherford and Cannon Counties.
The investigation found that on at least one occasion, 34-year-old Quinn Rodriguez brandished a gun, threatened to kill a woman and struck her with a weapon. He was charged with two counts of domestic assault and two counts of aggravated assault, according to the TBI.

Rodriguez has been booked into the Rutherford County jail on a $10,000 bond.
