The CJ Cup Byron Nelson is extending its contract to stay at TPC Craig Ranch in McKinney.

ClubCorp USA Inc., which does business as Invited and owns TPC Craig Ranch, and McKinney city officials jointly announced on June 3 an extension with the PGA Tour to keep the tournament in the Collin County seat through 2030. This year's event, which took place from May 1-4, concluded a five-year agreement. The partnership also includes the Salesmanship Club of Dallas, the member-host organization for the Byron Nelson.

In its final form, the agreement extends through 2030 with "a built-in opportunity to extend further to 2033 when appropriate," according to a spokesman from Invited.
