Players entering mandatory training camp usually mean a holdout is coming. But not in the case of Micah Parsons, who declared he would be there on Tuesday. Head coach Brian Schottenheimer previously expressed his confidence in Parsons showing up and his opinion turned out to be true.
However, there will not be a contract extension signed by the time training camp begins. Parsons appears to be 100% focused on helping the Dallas Cowboys win a Super Bowl moving forward. He put the negotiations on owner/general manager Jerry Jones’ shoulders.
