A small eruption occurred at Yellowstone National Park in Wyoming on Saturday, and a newly installed webcam captured it.

In the video released by USGS and obtained by CNN, water and debris can be seen shooting into the air, at what the U.S. Geological Survey says was the site that experienced a larger hydrothermal explosion last summer.
On the USGS website, the Yell0wstone Volcano Observatory wrote that the most recent eruption occurred at 8:39 MDT on May 31.
Officials noted that such explosions typically occur only a few times a year in Yellowstone, often in remote areas that go undetected.
