As one of the many decorated players to come through Detroit Catholic Central, senior Lachlan Moffatt has almost seen it all.

Except he's never seen Tieson Cooper, the 2024 Michigan Mr. Lacrosse winner and his teammate on the Juiced Cherries club team, held scoreless.

But that's exactly what the No. 1 Shamrocks did during their 22-4 win over Cooper and Grand Ledge in the Division 1 semifinal on June 3 at Birmingham Seaholm.

Moffatt scored six goals to spearhead the attack, helping CC (23-0) advance to Friday's state championship against rival Brother Rice, while his teammates held Cooper without a single goal or assist. In fact, the Michigan commit had fewer than five shot attempts.
