FLORESVILLE, TX - We first told you about water issues in a Floresville subdivision. Those homeowners, living with brown, smelly water.

All the problems we've told you about in the Arrowhead and Shady Oaks subdivisions have stemmed from their well systems owned by Central States Water Resources (CSWR).

It even tested positive for E-Coli once, but thanks to vocal neighbors and help from state leaders – the fight for clean water may finally be over.

"Our water went from clear to brown overnight," Carrie Wilcoxson said when testifying at the Texas Senate. "We are willing to pay for good water. We want good water."

The Arrowhead Homeowner has been fighting for clear water for the two subdivisions in Floresville since we first told you about the problem in October.
