FARMINGTON — A man was arrested Monday afternoon after allegedly being naked near a child’s pool party, according to the North Salt Lake Police Department.
According to the booking affidavit, police found 42-year-old James Dumas running around naked on the top floor of a homeowners association clubhouse.
Police said Dumas told them he lived on the property with his aunt, which was later confirmed to be untrue.
Dumas allegedly punched a hole in the wall, pulled wires out from the wall and damaged the clubhouse door to get inside, according to the affidavit. Police said the estimated damages to the clubhouse range between $1,500 and $5,000.
Although there was a child’s pool party going on, police said only adults saw Dumas without any clothes on.
