BULLHEAD CITY — Bullhead City staff made a second presentation on proposed increases in the city's water and wastewater rates on Tuesday with only one major difference from a May 6 work session with the Bullhead City Council: This one included some modest discounts that will be available to low-income residents, active-duty military members and disabled veterans.

Largely a repeat of the previous workshop, Utilities Director Mark Clark and Eddie Kajirwa, assistant to City Manager Toby Cotter, both emphasized that rate increases were a necessity. ×
