DURHAM — Duke baseball is trying to make the College World Series for the first time in more than 60 years. Meanwhile, Murray State baseball is trying to book a trip to Omaha for the first time in program history.

The Blue Devils (40-19) and Racers (42-14) will begin a best-of-three series in the Durham Super Regional on Saturday, June 7, at Jack Coombs Field. First pitch for Game 1 is scheduled for 1 p.m. on ESPNU.

Duke is in a super regional for the fourth time in seven seasons, each time under head coach Chris Pollard. The Blue Devils are hosting a super regional for the first time, but they pushed the best-of-three game series to the limit in their first three trips under Pollard.
