PROVIDENCE, R.I. (WLNE) — A Bellingham, Massachusetts man will be arraigned in Rhode Island Wednesday morning, after police said he followed two women around a Woonsocket Burlington store while touching himself .
On May 14, police were called, and officers interviewed Nader Shah, 29, who said he was only shopping.
After interviewing witnesses, police arrested Shah on charges of disorderly conduct.
Shah will be arraigned Wednesday morning at 9 a.m. at Sixth Division Court.
